I haven't used it but I know one of the guys that founded it. I have actually been meaning to call him to talk to him about it. I know the software they used before they moved to Firepoint and it was good so I am certain that it is a good and encompassing product as well. I think it would be worth calling them for a demonstration. Do you currently use anything like it? -Kasey

Never heard of it, just did Google search, it seems they charge $350 a month, with $300 set up fee.

No. Can't say, but if it's new to market, I would prefer to see it's track record before deciding to use it. Their pricing says $300.00 set up and $350.00 per month, so I doubt I would ever be interested in it at that price. something like Insightly would work for me and probably lots of other agents at a much lower price.

I just tried to sign up with them...they took my money and turned on my site. Only problem is they can’t get the IDX feed to map right. So client now have to choose from 4 of the same zip code and 6 schools with the same name and 3 of the same counties. (Confused people do nothing!)

They claim it is the MLS sending them bad data, but every other site can get it right...I have 4 other sites using an IDX feed from the same MLS. Not one has had this problem. So now they won’t refund my money! They want me to submit a support ticket when I find errors and they will correct it...the whole site is full of errors. Not one single search works...unless you pull by mls number only. Even streets, I have to choose which one of 4 might be hiding the homes I want to see...

So save your money. Customer service sucks, and apparently they need my money more than they value earning yours.

I'm trying to compare it to Real Geeks.  Do you have experience with them? What about Boomtown, CINC, etc?  I'm surprised at the comments about it being expensive.  Seems pretty affordable compared to some of the other options.  I too am looking for quality.  Thanks.

I tried to use Firepoint but the search criteria doesn't match my mls info and they can't adapt it. It is one size fits all. The customer service was terrible and I am having to fight them for a refund after weeks of being passed around. I do not recommend.
