I use Flipboard every day. It allows you to customize the articles you want and it allows you to create your own categories, for instance Oklahoma City or tech.

I use everywhere & everything as long as it's a good post or article. I then collect them & post them again using Hootsuite or Friends+Me.  Gives a better all around topic choice & exposure.

I just gather the links as I find them & put them in a word doc labeled Hootsuite - then post them as I have the time.

Like Lyn Sims, I share whatever I think is helpful. There are several progressive agents I follow on G+ and they always produce top-notch content which I in-turn often share.

There are endless places to get these, however unless you are specializing in new home buyers, I would not recommend those types of sites.  The reaction I have seen from consumers is that they find it useless and insulting to their intelligence.  Just what we have observed, even though they may not know it all, that is why they hire a savvy agent.  A

ZeroHedge.com has some of the best business news (and you can search for just "Housing" or "Real Estate") with Graphics, that allow us to follow-up with the Source/Author's blog.  Some of the good RE sites are : MHanson.com; Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis; FreddieMac,

I have not been posting generic material and just posting my blog on Social Media, it has been working well as i see many agents in my area all post the same thing, so customers can see that too. 

I've recently started using KeepingCurrentMatters as a result of other ActiveRain members recommending it. The information is somewhat generic, but it is current and the articles can be easily tweaked for my market.

I use KCM. I check out realtor.com, who often have good items to share. Even Zillow has good stuff on their blog, as does point2agent. I watch RISMedia closely and also local information.

There are many to mention.

My ideas either come from life around here in Minot or here in the question & answer section of Active Rain.

I share the school website, Chamber of Commerce and several neighborhood sites. I also share info to the HOA sites.

Mostly county and city sites.

I use Poccasts, Buffini & Co's site, CRS Site, Pinterest, Flipboard, Inman, CAR's One Cool Thing, RealTalk, Local News, etc.

Jeff - I have used some of the same sites as Praful Thakkar. I learned of a new one by reading the answers, and am going to have to check out Flipboard.

I do not use any sites for blogging entries. There is always something happening around that I might want to share, so I'm somehow involved.  

One of my favorites is Cost Vs. Value where they look at various home renovations and tell you what your return on the investment is. It's based on your local region. For example, upgrading attic insulation can bring an 85% return on investment while adding a deck only brings a 65% return. Great tool for owners considering renovations before sale.

You have some good answers. I collect a variety of articles - save them to a document and share them when I have time. 

I pull in the rismedia/NAR and state association RSS feeds and currate what I want to share.  Had 64 candidates when I went through the articles last week and only 11 of them were usable.  I also pull from First Tuesday, but that's a manual input.

I only share what I write.  I just don't spend that much time on social media. 

Mostly, stuff happens and it inspires me to write. Not so much what I have read to then pass on. My buyers and sellers are pretty savvy, but I also know they read my blogs and, some are "friends" on Facebook. So I don't get get too personal or snarky.
