Quick day trip up up the coast to Santa Barbara...had to clear the cobwebs. 

Except for an open house Sunday, it was spent helping neighbors get the downed trees cut up and removed.

I worked and help two clients.

Ginger building forts with the grandkids sounds like the biggest accomplishment too me!  As for me I was able to straighen out the front closet and take a bunch of stuff to goodwill - loving that it FINALLY got done!

Had a cold and stay away from people and stay in bed.

I and my two adult daughters went to the mother of all garage sales...an all day affair that we go to twice a year.  My one daughter comes from St. Pete Florida just for the event.  My kids grew up on garage sales as I am a garage sale junkie.

It is a "party" atmosphere for the East Orlando community with more than 100 homes selling garage sale stuff.  Some are even cooking breakfast and selling food from their driveway. 

What I love most is that it is such a big happy event, where everyone is in a good mood. Afterwards, we go to a Mexican resturant for food and a pitcher of Sangria and talk about our bargains. 

This was a day for the memory book.

More family than work this weekend - visited my Mom multipled times in skilled nursing facility after a fall and fractured hip

Nice balance of different dynamics....

Ran 14 miles, wrote a few contracts. ran some more, a kayak trip down the Weeekie-Watchiee, enjoyed a 'smokey brew' from a craft brewery, found a property suitable for a family compound and past client (friend) accepted my invitation to spend SUNDAY morning together. Life is good.

Aside from working this past weekend, one of the best things we did was take 2 of our grandchildren to see the movie Sing. I truly enjoyed it myself!!!

New listing leased, tax numbers ready for CPA, evaporative cooler fired up (low 90s already) and an afternoon of Bloody Marias and poker (winning!) :D

Met with some past clients that are again in the market.  Listed two homes late this week, and received many offers on one.

Played TopGolf with the whole fam - it's a driving range that scores points like a bowling alley. So fun, and took most of the day on Saturday.

Helped daughter move back into her completely remodeled kitchen. Took most of the day on Sunday.

Productive and fun weekend - exactly the way I like it.

Neither - we bought and installed boat seats for our kayaks to save our aching backs LOL

Dolores and I went to a beer tasting at Flying Dog Brewery, then had a nice lunch and went shopping.

I can't even remember their being a weekend.  

We bought a pool table and had a lot of fun playing pool with the kids, particularly my son. Money well spent!

Saturday I had an open house and yesterday met my two sisters and we had delicious sangrias!

Taught Real Estate pre-license classes Saturday & Sunday.  Hubby cooked dinner both days. 

1. I got a confirmation about a new listing meeting and previewed few properties that similar to it. 

2. My son left back to school and my little girl came home from her leadership camp.

3. We had a lovely family eve with great fun movie and healthy food. 

4. I also reorganized(moved around) furniture on the  first floor and cleaned a lot of trash. 

Had a very well attended Open House on Saturday.  Sunday was dry and 60+ thus, got the first mowing of the lawn in; and then a nice walk at the wildlife refuge.  Saw one Bald Eagle, many Geese and ducks.

Rested to recover from the bug that's going around zapping my energy.

Mostly I worked. It's the spring selling season... not much time for other activities.

Went for a beautiful Sunday hike with my Bride & My pooch Peroni and called my son.

Worked on home projects and got most of them done. It is a good feeling.

Saturday worked, Saturday night worked at the homeless shelter, Sunday was a day of rest.

I finally took down the Christmas lights since a substantial amount of snow melted this weekend. It sure feels good to have those down!

No work! Only time with family! Great weekend!

Best thing I did this weekend was make significant progress on scanning old photos.  Getting the physical photos out of my house is part of my major decluttering plan.

I got a two hour massage yesterday.

Spent Saturday afternoon with great neighbors and our kids playing together.-Kasey

celebrated my grandson's 23rd birthday with a family breakfast.... worked out and had a 2 hour deep tissue massage.... nothing work related!!

I showed property. I wrote an offer.  I put the final touches on my taxes to prepare for my appointment with my CPA today. I shopped for groceries. I prepared meals. I enjoyed life.

Sports with my son on Saturday and then on Sunday held an open house, listing appointment after that, finished up with an investor call about a property that just hit the market...
