Yes, I do have them on my for sale signs and have for years and years. People all over town recognize me from those signs, often stop me in a supermarket and engage me and introduce themselves, etc. I meet all sorts of people I wouldn't otherwise and I also come across people in social settings all the time who insist they know me (actually they just see my signs and feel like they know me).

No. I do not put my photo on property flyers or business cards, etc.  I have my photo on the contact me or about me pages of my websites only. Why, because a photo is not necessary anyplace else. IMO.

I have a branding photo that covers the whole space but still leaves space for my information. Never did that before but this is working for me. It's my ad, my business cards, all over my websites, etc.

Less info beyond essential the better. In small rural market and not a sea of smiling faces sporting the blue and gold "R" so make it the red, white, blue and website, phone number. We know most of the outside buyers before they get here. All the local ones because 38 years has a way of making connections that last.

I'm trying to sell the house; not trying to sell the way I look. And Realtors have to be careful about advertising yourself and the wrong person likes the way you look and wants to "meet you to see the house". Lots of people do put their picture out; I just never understood it really.

No. I have a very nice logo that stands out so I try to make it as big as possible to attract people's eyes.

I do not and it's for safety reasons mainly and because I don't want the buy new signs because I'm now a few years older or I changed my hair style. Regarding the safety issue, I do not have a common name. Stavrula is a Greek name and unless someone is Greek or happens to be familiar with the name, most people would not nessessarily recognize it as a female name along with the fact the most non-Greek people call me Sam. Given those two facotrs, it's unlikely that someone would target me as a female if my sign is in front of a vacant house. 

In MLS photo's we are not allowed to have our signs in the photo's.  Otherwise I do many times.

No. Just changed brokerages and am in the process of reviewing those options. I might preferred to use my custom logo. Plus, April 1, 2017 will be my two-year anniversary in the business. So I haven't found it critical to spend on this option.
