They are here..have some great agents but not for me..I'm more for the culture in an office..it works for me.

I had not heard of them.  I did go to their website and found that there are 9 agents in Idaho on their website.  I don't really get it, I'd have to read more up on it. -Kasey

I have never heard of them in North Dakota and I doubt ND law would allow for it unless they have a Broker in ND.

The concept is OK. I could easily conduct business using the resources of title companies or lenders.

However, when I inquired over a year ago with this company, there was NO RESPONSE. That revealed to me one of two things:

1. They have noting to offer experienced, effective agents that are the trademark of REMAX, or

2. They are incompetent on even the basics of business, which is returning calls.

Which do you think it is?

I have a couple of friends that are with EXP.  Always trying to recruit.  I'm not interested.  Bet you can find your answer about other states by calling one of the agents or brokers.

Brad Andersohn knows this brokerage style - perhaps he can weigh in!

A fellow from Washintion state calls me often, recruiting, clearly they are in many states.

I make my living selling homes - I steer away from the recuiting and "down-line" promotion/building.  I think the real money on that front left the station some time ago....

I've heard of them and this concept is being done by a few companies out here.  You could technically say I work for a "cloud" brokerage as we don't have a physical storefront for people to go to (we work from home).

They are in Oklahoma but they have to have bricks and mortar locations in Oklahoma.
