I get the closing statements sent to me before closing so I can check them. There is rarely an error that hasn't been caught.

If the big mistake is with escrow - get them to fix it! If the mistake was in your deal - does it impact your client? If so, it needs fixing. Write an addendum making the correction and get the other side to sign - before closing!
