I usually look the night before Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, Broker, Tacoma Washington, so that I know how early I have to be ready to leave the house (and how much time I have to get the house in good shape), especially if a meeting/appointment is scheduled at 8 or 9 a.m. Since I don't go to the office every day, I need to know what is on my calendar the day before - the week before I don't remember the specifics for every day! HA!

I often set-up my showing schedule a week in advance, With Showingtime, it is registered and have yet to have a mix-up. Never the same day as many homes require at least 24 hour advance notice for showings

I tend to plan out a week in advance and especially the night before, I know what I'll be doing. I've never been one to fly by the seat of my pants.
Even as a kid, we were taught to have the breakfast table set the night before, lunch made and in the frig, clothes laid out and homework/books set at the door ready to go. We were always prepared for any last minute hiccups and I still plan my work day the same way.

I always schedule my day the day or evening before. It is the best way to eliminate wasted time. I also map out any far away appointments to set them in a row and keep me from going backwards or chris crossing

Paul I 'load' the big rocks (ie conferences etc) and ongoing meeting at the beginning of the year and then fill in the empty spaces, typically on Sunday nights. I look a week or two ahead (or a month) and make sure I'm not forgetting anything that was pre-set early in the year.

Plan ahead ALWAYS! Saturdays, I look to the next week so that I have in my head where the bare spots are and where I can work people in. Then, the day before, I review the next day's calendar.

I time block but each appointment is input into an available time slot. I don't often have any same day appointments open so most of my schedule is planned days in advance. I try to not operate any other way. Keeps the stress down for all.

I set me week up the Sunday before.
I work 12 week years, so I also have a 12 week plan. Not Quarters, 12 weeks, because time off is scheduled at the end of each 12 weeks.
I set up the holes in my days the day before.
I walk in with a plan and flexibility in that plan-wiggle room.
The day of would be a disaster.

Paul,
It depends on what is going on with us. Sometimes, if we schedule ahead, things do not work out as planned. If we are in production mode, re working on branding strategy, we are very flexible with our day, and go with the flow. If we are out of town at a client's marketplace, we are scheduled. A
