Work double shifts. In order for my desk to look like Trumps, I need many many more contracts.

I was working, and had many clients off work wanting to do real estate.

We didn't work on Monday. We were able to take a day off and enjoy time with friends.

We had a beautiful day in Maryland. We attended a family luncheon. No work.

I was available over the phone and net, but I did not actually have any appointments. My friend called and asked me to help to short sale his dad house, so I still got some movement.

Oh, absolutely!  Inspection, buyer showings, 2 buyer Offers, multiple Offers on my newest listing and lots of errand running today!  It was a full, fruitful day!

Inspections with my buyer at 9:00 am. Met stager to stage for a new listing at 11:00am. Receipted a contract from Saturday on my listing, negotiated repairs and got signed amendment on another listing. Showed a house at 6:00pm..full day..

Call people who normally can't be contacted

  I took the day off.

Although Sunday and Monday's are the days that I take off, Monday doesn't always work out to be off. Yesterday, because of my fiduciary repsonsibilty to a seller, I went to their home to present an offer. I make an effort to only take on sellers who I feel will be compatable, and that won't cause drama, so it wasn't a bother. Usually days off are spending time with family and pets, blogging...oops that's work, wine tasting, reading, hiking, and more. My assistant holds down the fort on Mondays, as she doesn't work weekends. Best, Jane

My job today is getting the car ready for vacation.  Off to the Ford Dealer for an oil change, new window wipers, and tire rotation.
