My office partner is my kitty cat - I've never heard her gossip or discuss politics, she's the purrrfect office buddy! 

I'm with Anita Clark ..I stay away from office political talk..serves no purpose but to give me a better insight into colleagues.

I avoid the office gossip. It was the first (and best) advice my mentor gave me when I first started in this industry.

I work at home so no issues, or watercooler, unless I look online at the news.

Since I work from home, I hear no cooler or hallway talk. And the very few times I'm in the office, I pay no attention to any talk politics or otherwise. In fact the biggest reason I stay out of the brokerage offices is to avoid cooler and hallway talk. It does nothing to promote my business or my bottom line.

I am not hearing as much as before. I think people are tired of it and beginning to move on.

We stay away from all political talk.  I have no idea what the hot gossip is about.  We are not interested, there is so much more out there that is fruitful and fills our souls, and gossip is not one of them.

I prefer to talk about personal development, marketing, personal matters. I'm very careful in discussing politics since it can become too messy and negative and that might affect my relationship with a person, why to risk? 

I'm with you Paul. It is like the end of innocence.

Knowing where people stand often provides us valuable insight.

Oh I much prefer politics . . . some of the gossip I hear around town I want Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind erasing!

I don't have a water cooler in my home office.  And, I get to depressed when I talk politics, so I avoid it.

Anyone that spent time speaking on politics prior to or post election day wasted their time if they were not a candidate, candidates staff nor a reporter-as they were the only ones being paid or at least expected to.

I'm a Realtor, beyond my vote, which is a right I exercise, my politics are no ones business or concern (or interest), my skills as a Realtor are. So, I focus on improving the economy of my family and clients, I do not focus on politics as I'm not paid to do so.

Not much time for gossip, but I do enjoy politics.

No office so I don't get into the water cooler cahts.

I avoid office gossip.  Our hallway or water cooler talk is about being more productive, lead generation, and encouraging one another to keep doing our best to serve our clients and getting more referrals.

The majority of talk I hear is about the press. WHERE were they asking any hard question the last 8 years? No where , they were administation cheer leaders. Now they want to ask hard questions with their bias.  For me, i have a job to do and want the politcial junkies to leave me alone so i can do it

I still hear it and try my best to avoid it even if dying of thirst.

It is on the internet and cable news stations.

Not for me I avoid spending time in the coffee room or gossip stations

Ugh.  It's still political talk, which is why I'm steering clear of the office.

Politics is still a relevant subject that many mishandle via emotions and lack of facts...Who can you really beleive today? Results dont lie holds....

Well, I try to ignore it all and very rarely talk politics, so I have not noticed it as a daily topic.

that White House is filled with chaos.... I think most a fed up with listening to it.... I know I am....no CNN for me for awhile....

I don't go into the office and would avoid that topic as it makes my blood boil.
