Well i have to say January an the first 2 weeks of February have been extremely strong even though it is winter here in New England. If this keeps up and could be a record breaker. Many so called journalists saw the slow down in October and November and screamed decline, when it was election nerves over come by a HUGE spike in consumer confidence and a sharp increase in sales For December through now.

Prices are at the highest ever,
Inventory is at 1 month for pre-owned homes;
Rate of Home-ownership has been Steadily Falling since the Crash;
Rents are going up so what are the builders building? Multifamily & SFR's that are too big and the average buyer cannot afford;
Local Realtor Association membership is up 12% in one year.
Nationwide the Rate of Home-ownership is about the lowest its been since they started tracking it in the early 1960's. Hopefully we turn this item around responsibly and soon.
