Debe Maxwell I have been using Docusign for a long time and I absolutely love it.  I have not experience what you are experiencing.  

None, I just did a listing agreement Friday and an offer yesterday, no issues.

Maybe you need to clear out your browser or try a new one; I use Chrome. Docusign integrates with Zipforms; all our CAR forms, so not sure if your forms are auto-loaded or manually loaded?

I haven't noticed this...yet.

We have Docusign but I prefer Authentisign because it integrates with our online forms.

I used it and didn't notice any problems.

I just used Docusign today, it didn't seem slow.

I use Authentisign which seems to be running just fine

Sorry, don't use docusign. I use Skyslope and it seems to working just fine outside of the fact that they send me all my signed docs in duplicate.

Debe Maxwell - It's been a while since I used DocuSign. It's all DotLoop for us at KW.

They are usually very good at addressing these issues.

Sorry, ZipForms digital ink does a fantastic job and it's free.  No point in using docusign (for me).

I'll let you know - getting ready to send out an offer for signing. Haven't noticed, though.

Sorry to hear that Debe, I have only used this service once.

I used to use DocuSign, but then I found out that our association offers eSign for free, so I started using it.  I have been using it for at least a couple of years and really like it, just as good, if not better than DocuSign.

I don't have docusign but when I did it seemed cumbersome in comparison to esign.

I have not had this issue since I use a different provider.

I noticed this as well Debe Maxwell . I pointed it out to their tech support, and they have no clue. But I noticed that Docusign no longer works well in Chrome, but works almost perfectly in MS Edge. So it seems to be browser related.

I have not experienced any issues Debe Maxwell - I am sorry that you are. Clear your cache and cookies and milk  and see if that helps.

We use Esign which works on our forms, but I have used Docusign in the past and always found it very responsive. Best to call to see if this is known glitch in the system.

Get DigiSign as a back-up. Documents are too important to fail to bet out on time.

Not having that issue - perhaps you need to clear your browser cache ?
