6 more weeks, I am ready for Spring....

I know now!  

In CO, the ground hog doesn't have a say.  We can see winter into May.

We are warming up nicely. Temps are in the mid to high 40s for us. That's exceptional weather at this time of the year. I think the groundhog lied. 

The bigger question is will there be riots, protests and freeway sit-ins because of it?

Regardless of the weather, consumers are anxious to take advantage of the very low mortgage interest rates.

Statistically, the ground hog is wrong more often than right.  I'm really not sure how that is possible LOL.  Statistically (it should be 50/50)

His accuracy percentage is 39%...I would not put much weight into his predictions.  A

Spring is here..I'm thinking positive!

I grew up in western PA. Our high school sports teams used to play against the Punxsutawney Area High School teams, home of the Chucks.

The town name comes from the native Delaware Indians, meaning town of the mosquitoes.

I always enjoy watching this annual "news" from back home on the weather prediction of Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog.

At least the groundhog has not lost his job to foreign outsourcing. 

Hopefully something less annoying than the Fox

Wiarton Willie in Wiarton, Ontario did not see his shadow.

Shubenacadie Sam in Nova Scotia did not see his shadow.

Therefore, spring will be early in 2017 in our great nation.

However, Punxsutawney Phil in Pennsylvania saw his shadow so the USA will have a longer winter than us.

After January....My mind is in Spring.  No matter what that little furry guy says.  California sunshine!

I saw reports of two, Punxsutawney Phil who saw his shadow, who predicdts 6 more weeks of winter, and who has a 39% accuracy rate, the other one Staten Island Chuck did not see her shadow so Spring is coming early, and she has an 80% accuracy rate.
