I never have a flu shot since getting one about 25 years ago and coming down with the worst flu of my life within 24 hours. 

Paul - I can't recall the last time I had a flu shot.  Knock on wood, that hasn't been an issue for me.   

I have not gotten the flu since I stopped getting the flu shot many years ago.  They usually miss most of the strains, anyway.  I prefer essential oils, probiotics and good food choices and so far, it is working well. 

Neither. I'm all about beefing up the immune system with the best possible food and supplements, rest, exercise and attitude. NO Casino Crud from those dang snowbirds!

 We have not....and should.  One year a number of years ago we both got it at the same time and really knocked us for a loop !

Got my shot in November, hadn'y had the flue in many many years. The vaccine has not been a live one in a long time so no reason not to get one.

Nope.  I refuse to get the flu shot.  You should see what they actually put inside it.  In addition, most people I know who get them get sick.  I went through many years working in a hospital without one and never got sick.  Just eat your veggies and take plenty of vitamin C.

No to both.  My plan this year is to simply avoid the little germ factories known as small children and anyone who comes in contact with them!

I cannot get the flu shot now after getting the flu and having mono the last time.  But I have had flu shots thought the years, so should be protected from most varieties for many years.

I have had them in the past but the last time I had one, beleive it or not it brought on a severe case of arthritis in both hips that lasted for almsot a year.. I had to see an acupuncturist, and a naturopathic doctor who gave me some natural holistic anti-inflammatory supplements... I will never have a flu shot again... I don't know what is contained in the shot, and I know they have side effects, and I don't think I want to inject something ilike that nto my body ever again..

I go with the Dr. Bob Beck Protocol, rather than an experimental hypo.  Injections seem quite un-natural, don't you think?

PS - in about 1977 my College room mate had the swine flue shot and locked-up about as tight as the Tin Man rusting away in the apple orchard.  He regained mobility but was emotionally scarred.

No flu shot. I found something has kept me from getting a cold or the flu for the past 5.5 years. It works great, and there are no side effects. 

I did receive a flu shot, on 10/18/2016 (I believe). Wife made me go to the hosiptal with her and the kids to receive them (family employee perk). I have not had the flu.
