My "questionnaires" are in my head... I know what to ask and I tailor each meeting to the individual need. Buyers and sellers really do NOT like to sit around and fill out questionnaires, I've found.

I used to use this questionnaire when prospective Seller's called. Unfortunately, I can't find the PDF since it was a computer or two ago (and the link appears to be broken), but if you enlarge the photo you can take the pertinent information. I'll look for the Buyer one.

I have been doing this so long I no longer need written questionaires. My questions are more conversational.

I don't really use any as each buyer or seller is different.

When a new buyer or seller call, I start writing everything down from the conversation, don't use them.

Mike Ferry had a good script for setting listing appointments that was mostly a questionnaire to determine the seller's motivation.

      Do you mean for a website?   You can surf the internet, look over  websites of other real estate companies and real estate brokers, and get some good ideas.

Mine are pretty much in my head.  As the conversation and discussion flows it generally triggers more questions.  

I will check some of these out.

we're listing agents.... when a seller calls, our main function over the phone is to make an appointment.... we do the research via mls and public records for details of the home....the remainder is done face to face....

 in our daily q&a ...... sporatically.

Buyer thoughts: How low can we go. Can we get everything repaired
