I would think, in your market, the football schedule would be more widely appreciated, Will.  Go Broncos... except when they play the Hawks, of course.

It mever did in my experience.

I send out baseball and football schedules.  I have one elderly client (who has given me several referrals) who calls to thank me each time.  It's inexpensive.  I'll keep doing it.

      Baseball is not a big deal here in Tallahassee.  Football, on the other hand, will get your magnet or calendar posted on the refrigerator.

If baseball is popular in your area then I would say it can't hurt. It is not popular here. We are all about football.

If anything it reminds people i am still in real estate, some do forget, and when i dont, i get calls where they are

If I sent out a baseball schedule...I'm sure I would receive a call if anyone who knows me found one in their mailbox.   Huh?   Who are you, anyway?--- might be a common question...I imagine.

 Depends on the market --- I've got a Ducks hockey schedule on my fridge at home, but I couldn't tell you who sponsored it or where I got it.  Others may be different, but I don't pay attention.

However, the schedule to make available here is for the Spring Training Season. 8 Major league teams are in the area including NYY in Tampa and Toronto Blue Jays in Dunedin.

Those snowbirds always want to watch the Yankees play and they DO NOT HAVE A REAL ESTATE AGENT here.

I have not sent calendars or schedules since the smart phones evolved.

I like the Football ones.  I think it's more about putting your name out there so when you call or door knock they already are familiar with your name, rather than getting leads directly from the piece.

Yes. Baseball, football and upcoming festival magnets go out every year.  Clients love them.  A way to stay in touch.  And yes, it does bring me business. Go Pack Go!

I've never sent them out so I have no idea... Charlotte does not have a national team, in any event. But we do have a gorgeous new baseball stadium.

It's not huge in our area but, if it is in yours, by all means!

Absolutely. Especially if they can hang off the fridge.

If they put it on their fridge and see you everyday that has to be a good thing.

I send them out.  It's just a touch piece and won't give immediate response very often but does reming people of what you do for a living.  You only need to sell one home from them and they will be paid for for a generation.

We still send them and often see them on the refrigerator when we visit past clients and friends!

The only reason I send them out is to still have some contact with those on my mailing list. Maybe I need to come up with a new idea.
