no....I've marketed many condo communities that I listed.....all were marketed with a variety of websites.... I had a niche website for new construction..... plus a website for listings..... and one for buyers..... plus ActiveRain...Google+.... facebook.... sold out ....

A look at their site suggest to me this is a resource an agent could efffectively market to announce a unique solution to the problems condo owner have that they believe are unique.

The agent WILL need to market this resouce locally to get the best results.

I look for condos in Florida and I use realtor.com and Zillow. That is where the action is.

The few condos I've marketed have been done with the more traditional marketing sites.  I've not used a niche one like condo.com

I tried but they then become very aggressive in trying to get you to pay more.  Not worth it in my opinion.

I have not... my listings get enough exposure without condo.com (especially if you need to pay to list there).
