I get it via my brokerage. I love the mobile search and mobile listing sites that I can share via text. Also, it captures caller phone numbers and alerts me so I can follow-up quickly and interact personally. I defintely use it for my listings. It does not sell the listing, I do that, but it does offer a convenient way for sellers to share their listing within their own network, and it provides warm buyer leads with whom I can establish relationship.

I have not heard of Voicepad but I've heard of other services that did the same type of thing as well as like Ron and Alexandra Seigel I took have "now in storage" the Talking House signs and recorders.  To be honest, the ROI is not usually there and you are better off having a rider on your sign directing prospective buyers to call you directly or to go to your website "mobile friendly" to get information and to schedule a walk thru or to see the "other" properties you have on the market.

My company has provided this service to its agents for probably over a decade now. It's a call capture program and as it's free to me, I use their sign riders to follow up on any sign leads who don't call me directly but through VoicePad. Elva Branson-Lee has provided good information as well.

Since it's included in our marketing package, I'm not really sure what VoicePad costs.

I don't use it.  Sounds like a phone version of the QR Code, which actually sold my mother's house.  

I do not use voicepad.  I do pay for RealBird's text for more info feature.  It gives them the basic info, a link to my single property website and captures the call info.  I start using it on my next listing.

I have used ListTrac through our MLS for sign riders  - drive-bys can access the website/MLS information by texting or a QR code and I capture their telephone numbers and follow-up with them. Usage is pretty low - I get more direct sign calls for information

Never heard of it.

I use Drivebytech for my sign riders where they can download a flyer or call me directly. It is based on the number of listings you have. Been using them for over three years.

I haven't heard of Voicepad. Have you checked into the services Realbird.com has to offer. I do believe the company has something like this only it's a text message. The fees on this site are very reasonable. 

I use to use a 24 hour hotline service, but with all the advances in wireless over the last few years, people quit calling the hotline # so I canceled it. The main reason I used it was to satisfy sellers who liked to call and say " The flier box is empty". Occasionally i would call the # back to see if person that called had any questions while they were at the property. Well, it turned out many people don't call until later after they are long gone from the property. More cons than pros with those systems.

I use a text number to electronically post the home info directly to the inquiring poarty along with my contact info. A narrative is not as effective; people hang-up.

I seem to be channeling Ken Jones today.  Typically I channel Nina Hollander - I'm in alignment with Ken on this. And I will add ... more crap to sell agents and complicate what otherwise is an easy and seamless process.

Our brokerage made a push for us it about eight years ago, but it never took off here.

I used a service like this in the past and gave it up because I couldn't track any sales as a result.
