I think my individual marketing is MOST important and I don't put much thought into what NAR is doing.....just saying

Zillow is heads above in their messaging with NAR now a very, very distant second.

I think NAR is out of touch with the needs of the agents they CLAIM to support.  They should be disbanded and the leadership forced to be telemarketers for zillow.

I find them so POORLY done that I can reach no other conclusion than 'I am not the target audience.'

Unfortunately, only pharmacy companies, home alert or hearing aid providers target those with snow on the mountain.

Susan is right. I do love the NAR commericials and the tie in with Modern Family, but if you get a chance to see the Canadian motorcycle gang real estate commerical, it drop dead funny.

I haven't seen any in quite a while. I don't have TV.

I have never cared for NAR's commercials and I don't believe the public gives a hoo-ha one way or another.

NAR should get out of the commercials business and reduce the dues.

I think they fall short and do not leave a lasting impression with the consumer.

I cannot stand the Phil Dumb-fee commercials.

Realtor.com commercials look pretty good, but Zillow has the best (emotional) commercials so far, which is a shame.

I think they attract some attention but personally I believe they are A WASTE of our dues... how many people do you know that actually WATCH live TV? I would guess that among people I know 90% or more don't watch live they use the DVR and skip commercials.

I'm with Roy just save the money on commercials and reduce our dues. I once try to tour the National Headquarters as a Realtor visiting in Chicago, I was told there was nothing to see. Try the next time your in Chicago. 

    I have until January 31 to decide whether or not to keep paying taxes to this POS for a trade organization.  Between the $250,000 they gave to Hillary Clinton, and these worthless commercials, it's a tough choice to make.

I don't know if they are better but I do like them.

No.  I think Redfin has the commercial thing down.  If I didn't know better, I'd list my house with them.

We need a change.org petition for selecting members who actually SELL real estate, who are creative, to put together these commercials!  We KNOW what the consumer needs to hear!

It's a year long Modern Family run that tries to show the millions of viewers (12+ million) 2nd in it's prime time spot. Why you need a REALTOR in your life. The behind the scenes explanation from WSJ. Funny to see in this clip how the REALTOR shows his personal distaste for a feature, a painting and then the buyer says I love it... and he back peddles to regain his confidence, her trust in him.
