Yes, 2016 was awesome!!! It was my 2nd full year in business and I closed 29 transactions - up from 19 in 2015. 

I am anticipating another awesome year in 2017!!!   :)

2016 was not my best year.  I think, going back through my records, 2014 was my best sales year.  2015 was my best income year.  2017 has to be better than 2016.  

It wasn't my best year but far exceeded expectations. 2017 will be a good year too.

It was my second best since I have been in CA, since 2005. 2017 looks very good!

It all has to do with perspective.  Every year has been fabulous for us based on how we measure it...We become better people, better educated, and better able to deliver great results for our clients.  A

It was our best year ever (Liz started in 2002, me in 2004).  While not a huge growth in transactions, the shift to more new construction and patio homes meant our price point moved up, so over a 50% bump in gross sales over our previous best years.  And since we're going into 2017 with four new construction already under contract, I'd expect 2017 to at least be close to 2016's numbers.

Was it my highest revenue year? No.  Was it one of the best, low drama, great clients year ever? Yes, by far.  And the income wasn't bad either. 

2015 was better for me, part of the reason was the low inventory in our area.  2017 will be great.

I have longterm memory lapse syndrome (LMLS) so I have an excuse.

2006 was by FAR my best year in real estate, but 2016 wasn't bad.  Not as good as 2015 for me personally, but life got a little complicated this past year.

I had different priorities in 2016, but i'm looking forward to 2017 and it is going to be RE great.

10+ years and yes, best year ever! I expect 2017 to be even better!

The best years in real estate were from 2003 - 2006.  We will never be as well compensated in the future since many entities have watered down our earning power.

I can say that, honestly.  I've also been around the industry for 30 years and I'm optomistic for 2017.

I would say 2016 was probably my worst year ever but there were some personal and family matters that were mostly to blame... I certainly hope that 2017 will be completely different. In many ways

Cannot say 2016 was my best, had more fall out of contract and had to resell many listings due to buyers writing on more than one home with multiple offers.   I think it was a tough year, including the anxiety with the election and interest rates.   Hoping 2017 is better!

I started in real estate in 1998.  2016 was my best year ever, following 2015 which was my best year ever.  Hoping for another good year in 2017!  Onward!

It wasn't my best in terms of numbers of sales, but considering how little work I did, it was pretty amazing.  It was by far the best in terms of the quality of all of the transactions.  So for 2017, the plan is to hike the numbers and keep the quality without working a whole lot harder.

This is my 10th year as an agent. 2016 was not my best year but I exceeded all of my stretch goals and stuck with all my marketing initiatives. Looking forward to a similar 2017!

I can!!  I don't have 10 years under my belt yet - been in the biz since 2009.  Looking forward to seeing how 2017 shapes up & am optimistic that my own efforts can produce positive results.

Not I...it was a good year, but I had better ones more than 10 years ago.

It was not one of our best, 2017 should be better.
