I recommend it all to my clients everytime. Whether they choose to have someone do it or do it themselves becomes the problem.

There is just too much whining!

I do not have a stager in my area. There isn't one ----

How often I recommend depends on the home. Some things I can help clients stage, myself. And yes, I do have a couple of stagers I turn to when I need them.

I don't give my sellers a choice.  I tell them I will bring my stager and they will receive typed Staging Notes -- at my expense.   It works well because they get a very detailed to-do list.  Vague suggestions ("Declutter!") were not getting the results I wanted.

Yes, I do recommend (I have 2 or 3 that I routinely use) and quite often. I give recommendations for simple staging techniques for those home sellers who tend to lean towards minimalism - they're easy and don't need much advice at all!

I have a real good eye for staging, so I know when a house needs to be staged. Yes I have someone local I recommend who is tasteful and reasonable. If you don't have a good eye for staging....definitely get a staging expert to come in and make recommendations.

I do recommend home stagers ... I work with two home stagers. Both are very busy. When one cannot do a job the other likely can.

I almost always recommend staging of some sort.  With distressed properties (many in probate) I do not. Most of those are sold as is ... and priced accordingly.

every listing agent should have a stager on the list of team members.... "THE EYE BUYS".,..another phrase every listing agent should remember to use at a pre-listing appointment to convince the seller to have the home staged....

In my market, many brokers (at least the full service ones) include staging as part of the services they offer.  It helps if the seller takes a quick look at the competition, and that usually says more than you can to convince him that the place has to be ready for prime time!

Rarely recommend it in Florida. In California, sure everytime with a vacant home. The problem is the homes sell within hours, so few owners do it.
