I am not a fan of any pay for information. The MLS publishes expireds and FSBO's can be found by riding a neighborhood, newspaper ads and craigslist. Do it yourself works best!

You can work expireds and FSBO's on your own without having to use any of these systems.

There is no need for a pricey system.  You can get the information on FSBOs & expireds yourself for free.  Follow-up can be managed pretty easily without an expensive system.

I have never put my money on paying for leads or buying lead information. The best advise I have for you is to take Ken Jones up on his generous offer.

Yes, start somewhere before moving to Vulcan. Get some practice with scripts, presentations, marketing first.

On expires, I would set up a system and look them up on your mls daily, do not spend money till you have money.

Far too many newer agents sell themselves short and resort to desperate measures like this.

There are much bettter and cheaper ways to get clients.
