Hi Kathleen -- officially/unofficially?   As Endre Barath, Jr. has answered - an unofficial meeting can occur year-round.   

Are you coming to the one in AZ Kathleen Daniels ??

They were only announced for this year.  I'm sure Bob will post for next year soon.

Bob Crane If I can add my 2 cents.

1.  There were too many this year.  In years past it was 3 per year, this year was 4.  I'd go back to 3.  Here, in our area, where we typically have good participation everyone got burnt out and we didn't have any fall meetups.

2.  For colder states, Jan/Feb are not good and we've had some cancelations and certainly poor attendance then due to both snow and general cold weather...and it's especially hard at night when it's dark so early and so extra cold.  So I'd recommend, Mar, July, Oct.

As much as I love seeing y'all, it just seems like we have a new meetup before the other one has been laid to rest.

I plan to connect with folks in Florida starting next week.

I might have to travel to attend the next one. I'm ready for a road trip.
