It does get in the 60s at night and prices for greens fees are increasing.  Our prices rise when the snowbirds decend upon us!

Cold weather definitely impacts our sales ... we had our first snow on Sunday and it's already melted, however, the weather outside is frightful.  

BRRRR!!! I am seeing a slow down for the holidays but not for winter here.

  Thursday night, temps will drop to a bone-chilling 37 degrees.   Not cold enough to affect business!

It comes every year and, other than the drivers, everyone remembers and plans for it

No signs like those you are referring to, thank goodness, but with the approaching holidays inventory has dropped and activity is slower, but still good. If you are a serious buyer or a seller this time can be a great time for you.

Not especially... we don't have much of a winter in terms of bad weather to impact us.

We've had a few dustings/inches of snow in the last three or so weeks. I've been busier lately than I was all summer, so I guess it's making people get out before the winter really starts!

We have had a bit of snow a couple of nights ago but it basically melted on hitting the ground or a short while later.

Praying for snow here in Southern California.  Business as usual here for us.  I work with a lot of relocation and ''tis the season.  

Yes, Lynnea Miller! Winter in Florida is our busiest time of the year. Although, we did have a record breaking summer as well. Lots of traffic and "snowbirds"!!! We love our snowbirds on Sarasota's Suncoast!!!  :)

 I think the holidays are affecting my business more than the weather at this point ...

Lots of winter here, had to let the dogs out 10 times today to play in the snow.

We are seeing a little slow down but think part of the that is due to the shorter daylight hours, holiday parties and shopping and even the slight rise in rates.

We always see an increase after the holiday and the partying has stopped!

It's Texas not much of winter it was chilly this weekend but did not affect biz.

We had rain and sleet and it was cold - at least for us - in the 30's.  My hair went limp and I went home and blogged.  Did that impact my business?  I hope so.

Winter is here...colder weather and rain has arrived. I see less OH. However, the market is still pretty hot for first time buyers.

We are suppose to get a low of 8 tonight. Business should slow down this month and depending on the cold and snow, it could start picking up in February or March. 

The weather here does not impact my business.  We are having some "cold" temps these days and forecast of rain.  Nothing too severe ... certainly can easily work in it. 

Getting dark early makes it harder to show some properties in the evenings. Combine that with cold, rain, snow, and wind, and more people are likely to wait or cancel showings.

Not the same kinds of signs in the Los Angeles area --- real buyers and real sellers are "out there" year-round regardless of season.   By the way -- attractive office presence.

Yup; Snowbirds are arriving to Florida!

We have some snow on the ground, but the market is red hot with buyers ready to buy seeing interest rates tic up.

It's why I choose this time of the year to go on vacation LOL

Our signs of winter are the traffic is more congested, car transporters are arriving from up north bringing residents their cars for the season and the restaurants are full.... oh, and did I mention our beaches are crowded too!

The weather wizards are forecasting a Siberian cold front arriving within 72 hours. My fellow citizens and I will need to break out the long sleeve T's and a windbreaker as the temps dip into the low 60's.

BUT, and this is important, those folks in Columbus, OH who are sure to see temps in the teens will be highly motivated to make this their last year in the land of the frozen choosen.

That where I come into their life with dolphins and alligators and endless summers.

Yes, our market is slowing. I'm planning to go on vacation so it works out well for me.

Oh, I love snow and we get so little of it here!  As for the winter market, we'll see an increase in January - after the holidays.

In Oklahoma City the burmuda grass goes dormant and is beige, and temps tend to drop to freezing. It doesn't impact my business model since I do investments only.

Winter on Cocoa Beach means the license plates changes colors as the snowbirds return. We have a cold front passing through with a north wind so go from jackets and jeans in the morning to beach and bathing suits in the afternoon.
