My business plan is so highly customized to me and my local market ... it would not help you, or anyone else.  I do not have a template for generic use. If I did, I would share it. I'm betting that someone, at least one person here in the Rain, has a template they will share with you.

I have an Excel file that you simply plug in some numbers.  I have shared it with many people and will send a copy to anyone who wants it.

Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041's is a simple version. I add a 6 month goal, then 1 and 3 and 5 year plan. Revisit at least quarterly and adjust.

This One Page leads the agent into getting a clue, something like a goal based on the resources, assets and description they prepared. then with consultation can create the implementation plan.

A business plan is highly personal, and it's tailored to a specific market and business model.  Mine is a combined business and life plan, including business, personal and health goals that I have.  I also focus on both results goals and activity goale. And I have a wonderful accountability partner at the office.

I would need an xray as it is in my end. No formal plan this year, just to keep doing what im doing that has been working so well.

Mine is something I've created for me, it captures business, personal, health, family. One, three and five year plan, then broken down to monthly and daily. 

A daily plan that is part of the larger picture:  Just Do It!

Ginger, are you talking about a template for a business plan? If you google it, lots of options will pop up.

No more business plans for me and that is not a good situation.

Not really, I had one when I first started but now it's turned into notes.  I do have an excel spreadsheet I use to track my closings etc.

Lots of great plan templates on the web.  The tough part is choosing which to use.

Mine is so simple with short, mid and long term goals both business and personal.

When I was creating my plan, my local public library had a wealth of plans.  I chose one that had a very simple approach, and preparing it provided a lot of value and grounding for me.

my suggestion is to keep it simple and execute to meet your goals. 

I do but I am still working on it - trying to identify the sources of business that I want to target

     My personal goals, in a daytimer and on a whiteboard.  It's personal, so with respect, I won't post it.

I believe a business plan should be tailored to your personal goals and needs. Start by stating an annual goal such as number of transactions and income. Then detailed it to monthly tasks and daily goals.

The key is ACTION.
