I really don't like that idea. Not only that, once you do a big price reduction it is permanent and it can be looked at as a gimmick. I also don't think the public is focused on buying a home today.

I do remember a few agent having an open house with a Black Friday sale. I don't think they sold it though.

Nope. If it's a real sale, go for it. I think most people think of malls and Christmas shopping on Black Friday.

No, I've never worked Thanksgiving Weekend in the last 30 years. I traditionally am off work this weekend and never have been given cause bend on this tradition.

Yes, last year & it worked great. We took 10K off the list price just for that one day/weekend.  Did get an offer!

Never thought of a BLACK FRIDAY SALE for real estate. The owner would really need to be motivated, and if they are, many options are available.

Nice house Good luck! I've never tried Black Friday sale but have been successful with ONE DAY ONLY sales. It's all in the pre-marketing and marketing strategy by creating a buzz and lottery like atmosphere. People will wait on line to win the lottery and buy the property.
