There are several WP groups on FB for real estate. I've found some of them helpful as long as there are no members who 'sell' to real estate agents! Otherwise, all they do is debate about their products and are constantly trying to sell you!

I didn't know there was such a thing. I belong to a couple of FB groups & they are pretty helpful. I think you should pay someone for the ins & outs if it helps you.

I did have someone help just to be nice & someone stole his bike out of his garage when he was helping me on the phone! Yikes, I felt bad.
