Most of the heavy users are not from US. Since news is often censored overseas. People use QQ and WeChat to get around the Great firewall...FaceTime from Apple is considered an inferior product.  

Donald Trump is not a fan of using PR or spokesman, he is a Twitter user and use YouTube direct to mass media. Reporters found Trump bypass them and the traditional reporters.
