For buyer if you buy leads the names probably have been sold several times already and the persons are just causal clickers. As for seller leads most post asking about their home how to fix say roof leading to incorrect classification. They play games like how much you want to charge. If you say $1000 and get rejected you know it is just a game.

Using Zillow is costly. You can generate better quality leads for example from open house.

As for Ziptohome should be no different. Entry level buyers do not have means to move on-a waste of $ & time.
