I sell 20% of my own listings annually, roughly. I just did that this month in fact. Having a team allows me to double end in house, while personally remaining arms length from the buyer and only working with my seller directly.
I never wait on an other agents, I market like I have to sell it personally.

Don't know but our MLS easily tracks that. I'm not interested in knowing just our market share overall on our competitors.
If our market was more brisk, it might be a factor.

I don't know that answer but, I would assume it's fairly high as we have a lot of agents who produce higher average volumes than other brokerages in our area.

I would say Co-op is about 70% of the time in my market.

I'd guess that it's in the 85%+ co-op.

I haven't seen this tracked, but in DC and Maryland, it's highly unusual to see a single agent double-siding a transaction, and the vast majority of sales in my office involve other firms. It's like the emphasis in on getting the listing sold rather than who sells it.

I have never seen any stats from our mls. We have so many members it would be impossible for me to venture a guess.

The local MLS does not have such a statistics report, although such information can be calculated by reviewing all of the listings.

Our MLS does not track such things but I notice on a daily basis that the majority of the reported sales are in house, my own included.

I am with Jeff Dowler on this. I really do not pay attention. I rarely double end.

It's not a statistic I track, but I can say that for me company involved transactions are significantly less than co-op (as you put it)

Personally - we don't do "single agent dual agency".
For the brokerage? No idea

I believe most of our transactions are not in-house. Many agents/companies do not like dual agency.

mlslistings is the default site here. The rest has a much smaller effect.

This is not a good forum for the discussion of real estate commissions.
