Webinar that is recorded in case I miss live one.

I would prefer to read something and then ask questions. So the white paper with follow-up available would be my choice.

It would depend on the subject matter but my first choice is always live in a classroom.

#2. Video that I can watch at the time convenient to me and re-watch again if it is necessary. 

Video or white paper.  Depends on the content.  Complex:  white paper.

If it is of great interest I will want to have all my questions answered so I go with Number 1.

I would prefer a webinar. 

It depends on the topic and the quality of the presentation, regardless of format.

In blogs.

White paper or clay tablet, UMM; which to chose. OK; I think the interactive wins out.

Webinar is my first choice.  If it is of great interest to me, the video is my second choice and a white paper is my third.  I'd consume it however I could if it was that important to me.

 I do my own research on any topic that interests me.  Inman etc are well written but the motivation is ego driven.

combo of 2 with ppt notes.

I prefer a white paper so I can read and digest the topic at my own pace. Exception:  If it is a how-to, then video is my preference.
