Flickr is a great source for photos.

Here is a search that will work for you:

That link only shows images that are licensed to be used for commercial use.  You should still put some photo credits on your site.  

This is a great way to get a lot of nice images for almost any use without going through all of the drama of taking the photos yourself. 

Now just change the search term to luxury homes, or miami condos or whatever you need and you will find a ton of great images.

 Try Pexels.com or Pixabay.com. Both offer free photos and I've used them.

Most of the "Free" image sites are bait and switch. 

Use your own and edit them to make them even better. I subscribe to clipart.com and have access to thousands of photos. It has an annual fee. I use this to supplement.

I guess I learned something new from this! But it sounds like less and less are free!

I do a google image search and filter on ok to reuse.

I sometimes use photos of other agent's listing with the agent's approval, especially agents under the same brokerage. 

The greatest thing about ActiveRain is the talent and information found here. It looks like you have been provided with lots of great answers.  

Not for what you describe, but for general images I use free clipart - otherwise I take my own

That being said, some of the photo sites (avoid Getty at all costs) aren't that expensive

There are so many available Scott it's too tough to compile a list.

Vectortoons - plus we did have a Shutterstock plan which allowed many photos per month from their inventory - and once downloaded - they are yours.....

For a reasonable and fair price you can get photos on line.  I stay away from the free sites for the same reasons expressed by my peers.

I am not a fan of "free".  We use Dreamstime.com which is reasonable, and then we are protected from depositions if one of those free photos that float on Google turn out to be someone's work, and they come after you...I have seen it happen many times.  A
