Do you think I or anyone else would be here if I/we could predict the stock market?   

The media tried to tell you our market was going to crash..once again they misread what was going to happen.

 Expected. 

Not really, I think people think Donald will be good for the economy we will have to wait and see!

After a 850 point futures drop to being up 235 today, it goes to show that no one is an expert in predicting the market. I thought I knew a little bit, but days like today, proves I know nothing.

Goes to show you that all those news folks know nothing.

No. Never shocked about what the stock market does or doesn't do.

I'm not shocked.  I think the market immediately responds dramatically to ANY big change.  And then it resettles & recovers.  

I'm not surprised by anything.

Not at all.  I expect him to bring in mor business people.  Trump isn't stupid, he will bring on the people to advise him so he doesn't fail

If I were forced to bet money on it, I'd have bet the other way --- but the market hates uncertainty & surprise, and that's what the entire election cycle was.  Today may have just been a sigh of relief rather than the start of a larger rally.  Surprised, but not shocked.

I am sure that some feel they got a bargain, picking up all those stocks this morning, maybe it was Trump?

NOT AT ALL, last night when it was down 800 I was telling everyone buy, not sell. Thise that listened did quite well today. 

I can honestly say nothing shocks me anymore.

The media never reported the truth. They are in a state of shock. Everyone else is reacting from the good of it all and we are just getting started here

The election only would have a temporary effect. So no I am not surprised.

Up down, never watch it after a big event for 7 days later.

Well according to my copy of Gray's Stock Market Almanac given to me by Marty McFly, the market performed just as it was supposed to.

Not at all shocked.  Expected.

Did you ever notice those critics of Trump, after having a private meeting, had an entirely different perspective?

It will be disheartening to witness the behavior of those who last week waved banners declaring "Love Trumps Hate."  The hate in their heart is about to be revealed. Their action has greater potential to be subversive to stability than keeping terrorist out.
