I doubt it. Real estate is just fine, and is as needed now as it was yesterday.

I think he will be good for the economy so I think my answer will be yes!

Great real estate depends on many things, and I look forward to being part of that for my clients. If, and how, things will change is yet to be seen

The current real estate market is a reault of the real estate bubble. It is still in the process of recovery.  I think having a president that understands real estate can only help but it will still take some time for the market to fully recover.

There has been no written or detailed real estate policies so we have to wait and see. If the House has anything to do with it they want to eliminate Fannie and Freddie to start and do not believe in any government backstop.

I believe the whole country will benefit.   A lot is riding on his shoulders. From his acceptance speech, it showed that he is ready to lead our country to greener pasture. Praying for a peaceful transition of powers and a safer and law abiding country.
