Payback for the hour we "lost" in the Spring.   

We don't play that here. We still have to get it into the groove of thinking in two time zones again, and reminding appointments that all times are AZ time. Usually more than once. ;)

It is going to hurt me as i lose an hour of daylight for showings and bpos. 

No impact here, Fred. But I'm looking forward to getting back that hour of sleep I lost some months back.

Nope, we only gain it Sunday, so it'll help my day off! 

It usually marks the start of the major slowdown of the market but the extra hour sleep helps.  I believe my body loves this time best.

I abhor this time change garbage - it's "time" has passed and is no longer needed - let's get rid of it

It really plays havoc with the elderly, their biologies and their medications!

I do not think the time change will benefit my business. It will be dark so early it will cut into my showing times in the late afternoons.

Nope, no impact. I hate the change but tonight I can enjoy a little more sleep since I have to be up in less than 6 hours for my flight back to San Diego

Oh, how I wish we were always daylight savings time!  I won't lose anything tomorrow but, a lot of buyers like to tour homes in the evenings and you just can't scope out the landscaping in the dark and it's always dark after work during the winter months.  So, we have to make a return visit during the day. In a thinventory market, that makes making a decision tougher! 

I just wish the time would be left alone.  I am very adaptable so it won't impact my business.

No not really but that means I don't have to show homes so late at night because I can blame it on the early darkness.

I would not notice an extra hour, but I do notice that it gets dark before we are done in the woods this time of year.

It gives me less time to show houses because it gets dark earlier.

I have found that it helps me in the early morning hours to get moving faster, sooner, when the sun rises a little earlier.  Really!

I already gained an hour in Italy because their daylight savings time started a week earlier, and I don't know what to do with that hour either as we are in the throes of jet lag.  LOL

Not in our case, as we do not have a Time Change, though if we lived in the Navajo Nation we would (NE. AZ) Fred Griffin.  I'm still amazed at how quickly it's getting dark early evenings, and not a fan of that - HA! 

Love it.  Who cares about business?  Now I can walk the dogs earlier in the morning.
