Lynnea Miller - just came to know, financing for my buyer of a high-end property did not go through! Now that's not a good beginning for sure.
Same as Paul, we are expecting next Wednesday to free up some of these people who are fearful of the election results.
Don't ask me why - they're all scary to me! But, why NOT go ahead and buy a house before the sky falls, right?!

Still working one day at a time. I have worked with buyers and sellers every day of the year even day before a major holiday or day after.
The first 3 days have been incredibly busy. We have lots of September and even some October sales all closing the end of November.

Not that great right now. Things seem to have really slowed down in our market over the past couple of months.
I'm based in Southern California, Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village. Listing inventory is down but sales are up for me and my team. Multiple offers on almost every listing. We will close out the last Q of 2016 with a steady number of sales and new listings coming as well. The entire year has been steady so no complaints at all and already have business going into 2017.
It is to early to tell but I have a new listing tomorrow and wrote an offer today.
We are on schedule!
