I see, You fear alerting your current broker you want to jump ship by revealing your real name. That is WHY the anonymous option is available.

Of course, you already know you are repeating the process that led to your first mistake. Now you compound it by soliciting the opinions of strangers.

I am not familiar with that brokerage. We learn from our mistakes so what you didn't like the first time be sure to avoid with the next brokerage.

Most, if not all, sites like this are statistics driven and not personal. Best to call some busy agents in your selected area and have a conversation. You should be able to sense (even in a phone call) if a Realtor might be a good fit.

I am not familiar with this company.  It appears they are a Texas based company.  Similar "technology driven" companies exist (in reality that's just a marketing buzz word like "green" or "eco-friendly").  I'd sit down and look at what you need from a broker, how much support you need, do you need them to make pretty flyers for you or can you do that yourself, do you need a big name or a no-name.  Then I'd look at their site and contact the agents listed there and ask them how they like it.  Meet them for coffee somewhere to get their honest "boss isn't over their shoulder" responses.  Then decide if it's the right place for you.
