I see, You fear alerting your current broker you want to jump ship by revealing your real name. That is WHY the anonymous option is available.
Of course, you already know you are repeating the process that led to your first mistake. Now you compound it by soliciting the opinions of strangers.
This is a business, not a hobby.
So, let hear about the content of your business plan. Don't have one? That is a clue.
Next, what is the subject brokers response to the one and ONLY question you should ask?
Finally, are you teachable, able to follow instructions, 100%?
It is not rocket science. But easy to make a mistake, even when the process is 'stupid simple.'

I am not familiar with that brokerage. We learn from our mistakes so what you didn't like the first time be sure to avoid with the next brokerage.

Most, if not all, sites like this are statistics driven and not personal. Best to call some busy agents in your selected area and have a conversation. You should be able to sense (even in a phone call) if a Realtor might be a good fit.

This is WHY the anon feature exists. Thanks for being the first person in a long time to properly use it!!!
I am not familiar with this company. It appears they are a Texas based company. Similar "technology driven" companies exist (in reality that's just a marketing buzz word like "green" or "eco-friendly"). I'd sit down and look at what you need from a broker, how much support you need, do you need them to make pretty flyers for you or can you do that yourself, do you need a big name or a no-name. Then I'd look at their site and contact the agents listed there and ask them how they like it. Meet them for coffee somewhere to get their honest "boss isn't over their shoulder" responses. Then decide if it's the right place for you.

Sorry this happened to you.
I have no idea about the brokerage you mention and will not go to the link.
Good luck.

It appears the general consensus is that --- no one here knows who they are. They might be a good fit for Anonymous ... no one knows who they are either.

Don't go on what we think. Check out the broker. It's all about what you think.

Not familiar with them. I would do some more checking around, and interview with more than one. Patricia Kennedy has good advice. I've heard good things about Keller Williams especially in terms of training

That happens! As a newbie, the big thing is a great training program - and I'm not talking about pairing you with a mentor. I'm talking about a real program that gets you ready for life on the streets!
