As pointed out, it all about the legal fees.  I expect to see attorneys advertising on TV so they can cash in on easy money.

I'm not worried about it.  They're one small firm going after companies like Toys R Us and Winn Dixie.  They will hit Remax, BHHS, Coldwell Banker, C21, etc. before they hit smaller sites that are run by "mom and pop" shops that don't have any money to give.

I was made aware of this a few month ago, and we talked to our web guy, and he did not feel that we were at risk...I did see that Apple has developed software so that one can edit and work with a head movement or a gesture.  I am sure we will all be adapting to that.
