CAR Californina Association of Realtors has just had a Webinar of some of the most pertinant changes coming up.  They are a great source as is our local board.  They are over 2,000 new law a year so no one can know them all.  As long as we continue to have to pass the law to learn the law this will exist.  Thank you Nancy Pelosi.

State association puts out emails re: the law changes.  CE's I go to my school for.

I get emails from our state association keeping me updated.  I typically use an online course for continuing ed.

Read newsletters and keep up with local news. Prefer classroom CE.

Be involve with all the classes you can take 

Annually, the local association will have a title company and attorney present a CE course that covers what we need to know.

If something directly affects the way we do business, it shows up everywhere. As to continuing ed courses, online about 3 months prior does it

Our state Realtor Association keeps us informed on changes to the law and that news is further shared at the local Association level to the brokers. Any licensee in TN can check their education history and requirements online.

We take our CE every 2 years where we learn about new laws. As well i do follow the real estate news closely here in NH

I read the monthly real estate paper and view state association web site.

In some jurisdictions it is one of the continuing ed classes that you have to take - on changes to the real estate laws. Also your broker should make sure you are aware of changes

What state law changes are you talking about? If it's about real estate, I keep up through my annual, required continuing ed update class. 

It is up to you to keep up with the changes and to comply with your state laws and regulations.

There is no need to keep up to date on state law since we don't have any states in our great country.

The regulator in our province has mandatory CE courses to be taken during each two year renewal cycle that provides updates.  They also have newsletters about other changes in the interim.

Re state law changes:  Our broker-of-record keeps us informed as well as other sources.  

As far as continuing education:   online for license renewal purposes and additional classes via different delivery methods for personal enrichment and knowledge.   

As the Commission provides us updates, we review them with our agents. We also are required to take annual update classes.

I always keep on charges to real estate law. We are offered law update classes every January and I always go.

I count on our managing broker, he always let us know about new laws at our sales meetings.
