Yes, but I didn't market it as Haunted.  That is something you got to find out while you were showing.  It was an investor that purchased it for a flip - I think it took them longer than they thought to sell.

Not that I am aware of. I did, however, have a buyer refuse to go see a specific condo because she said the pictures had "spirit orbs". Then she pointed them out to me, and I said, I bet the camera lens was dirty and then she told me to look at some video about orbs which made me go, "hmmm."

Not me, but I have stayed in hotels that had haunted rooms i.e. Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, CA.

Hecks to the NO!  I lived in a haunted house ONE Time and I can smell them a mile away.  Never, ever, ever. I would refer that puppy out.

Oh, I haven't, Andrew, but have been completely fascinated by haunted houses since the 4th grade! I used to read everything by Hans Holzer that I could get my hands on. He is a reknown Ghost Hunter and had a book about haunted houses in America I believe. How about you??

I've been in houses that gave me that unmistakable CREEPY feeling.
