Awning realtor will hop out of Hopper window to join ReMax.

Very cool!  The house my parents just bought has the Hopper Windows all throughout the house.  Bottom tilts inward and the top half of the window slides down for cleaning!

Hopper style more popular by far. Also one big removable window as an emergency exit!

In my area, many basements use windows that slide side to side.
