Yes and the 'exit' time is widely requested since we have so many work-from-home sellers in our market!

That would be a nice features for occupied homes especially to let the seller know it is all clear to go home.

Yes we have it. And it's real easy to forget to click the button to end the showing--even way after the showing actually ended.

We have Supra and love it. This feature is one they are perfecting and would really be nice to know when end of showing occurs. We get a text that asks us if we are done showing. I like it.

I miss Supra!  We have Sentrilock (I'm not a fan) and they do have the time in noted and contact information for the showing agent.  But unless there's been a recent upgrade, it takes a while for the information to show up in their system.

We are starting to be asked on our mobile phones if the showing is done but it has just started and is mostly ignored.  Sounds like it is going to be mandatory some day.  Is it for you Fred Griffin?

I think this only works when the agent replaces the key container and then retrieves it again later.

I don't think we have that, but I bet we'll be moving to it.  The POS phone app asked for that info, but my old white key doesn't.  We're being forced into going to the touchscreen key today, so I'm sure that'll be out soon.

Yes, we have it here in Lexington. It also prompts us to leave feedback at that time too, which most agents DO NOT even bother doing! It doesn't get any easier than that people.

We do and it's pretty cool.  I also have the settings set up so that I'm notified when someone accesses a supra key.  Helpful to know they really did show up along with giving me the heads up when a non-scheduled visit happens.

Seems ok if owners are waiting with dogs & kids in the car to go back to the house. I'm not sure it would have better applications than that.

In our area, some agents don't leave cards so why would they do this? Maybe then the seller would know that they were actually there.

Have not seen this in our mls yet, but wouldn't mind it if I didn't have to do anything except put the key back in the box.

Electronic lock boxes are not used in my area.

We use Sentrilock which I like pretty well. But Supra's new function is pretty cool rather than asking agents to text me when they are done so I can let the seller know, if needed

We used to have Supra Fred, now we have Sentrilock which I really like.

Just started for us too.  What I'd like it to do is send when the trey is replaced in the keybox, but I don't think that's how it works.  Looks like they could actually time that.
