I love Excel. Why pay someone for what we have right before our eyes?

I use Market Leader, which is one provided to me by my broker. I always wondered if I am missing out by not trying one of my choosing.

We use Market Leader for our CRM because it is all inclusive; email drip marketing, flyers, newsletters, postcards, single property websites, IDX search widgets and search pages that can be indexed by the search engines, etc.
Nestor also uses Daylite for mac. He always wants something not just in the cloud so with the daylite app he has his data base on his harddrive, on the external harddrive and in the cloud in order to sync across devices.

I have my own systems in place. It starts with Outlook and then I build from there. I prefer to keep things simple and own my own systems.

Great question! A CRM is crucial to keeping you organized and in touch. Without one, you risk letting valuable leads fall through the cracks. Check out IXACT Contact. You're not locked in to a contract (unlike other CRMs) and the feature set is amazing, including the CRM, email marketing AND a website.
There is an extended 60 day free trial available to Rainers, so check it out!

After being a TP user for over a decade in 2015 we changed to RealVolve and it's simply the best CRM I have ever used (and we have in the past tried others as well). The support and technology works efficiently for our team.
