This is a very important question for which you deserve a qualified answer in order to make the best decision for your team.

The choice you really need to make is selecting the CRM that aligns with the direction of your business. If your real estate business looks very similar to a 2000 real estate business, a traditional CRM will work fine.

I use Wise Agent. No bells and whistles I don't need or pay for and has what is needed to support traditional business activity.

If, however, you have been noticing the dramatic change in the way marketing has changed, you should choose a CRM that better positions you for 2020. If you are managing your business with your eyes to the future you should consider Sugar CRM. This is an affordable version of the big boys such as Sales Force and Hubspot.

Be aware, the GREATEST COST of a CRM is in the testing, implementation, training and configuration. By the time you have spent that money, it is hard to choose to spend it again when you realize a mistake was made. Then you end up stuck with a 1980's product that has been given a superficial face-lift.

Have a written test and validation plan that can be implemented, to confirm the features you want/need, to be executed within the trial period and BEFORE you give any vendor your credit card number. Once you are on auto-billing the CRM companies goal has been reached.

I have about tried them all, and use the full version of Outlook 365, works great in a team environment as well.

I use Wise Agent. The functionality has improved a lot since I started using it. And I don't use all the features.

Have used Top Producer for years and do not utilize all the components available.

I use a chart that I use - the fancy system I didn't.  Simple chart works.

Top Producer!  Used to be a Wise Agent user but, love the incredible diversity of TP.  It more than pays for itself but, you have to do the training and learn the capabilities that the system offers.  Good luck!

I use Market Leader. We get a great deal through our company and it has so many useful features.

Mine is part of the Market Leader system and it has IDX and many features.

We use Market Leader CRM. We use it because it is an all in one package, we get IDX, CRM, postcards, newsletters, email drip campaigns, a search site to send search traffic to, etc. It is very robust and we have been using it for many years. 

Nestor will not allow everything to be in the cloud even with a backup. So he also uses Daylite for Mac. It is a great CRM and data base project management app that is very versitile for iPhone, iPads and iMacs etc, so he uses that on his hard drive with back ups. 

Our brokerage is upgrading ours now. So far I like it better than theones I used in the past, including do-it-yourself Outlook and do-everything-for-you BoomTown.

I use outlook, works fine but would be much better if it integrated with my phone better.
