For our market, Trump.  We'll have more houses to sell and help the new staffers buy.  With Hillary, the ruling class stays in place and nothing changes.

Frank and Dodd started the real estate on a path to failure under Clinton administration.  That "everyone deserves a house" that lead to a lot of irresponsible people getting loans.

Sorry Lise I never write about political feelings as a Realtor. I feel it can never help business.

I think one will be better with a better focus on small business which int turn helps our real estate business.

I fel trump would be better.  I have a good friend that owns a small business that wants to pay his workers more, but they are taxed to a point where he can't

Remember history.  Eastern Europeans including Germans and Austrians believed that Hitler had vision for better world.  One of the canditate sounds very, very similar.  Beware.

Both have recently espoused some protectionist views that may slow down foreign investment. And without getting too political, we did see from the last housing crisis that it is not just the sitting president and legislature that influence the economy--it is also the preceding 40 years of policy decisions that have gradually shaped the economy and set us on particular paths.

I hate to admit it but Trump will be better for all business. More government is never good for business growth.

Well that is a loaded question Lise Howe -  The answer may well fall into the "no brainer" category 

 Donald Trump. 

IMO Trump - he's a successful business person who is in real estate after all

I think we've answered this before but I feel Trump.

I love all these answers & obviously 1 person in the group here is not living on planet Earth with the rest of us.

Trump is my go to for all things these days.  We need a change and a 30+ year veteran is uanble to look at things from an outside perspective

The one who has actualy had a real job.

The one that won't cause complete chaos in all the markets - any guesses?

Actually Clinton has a comprehensive plan for real estate, Trump does not.

Just the thought of Trump winning the debate and election crashed the stock market.  If he actually were to win we would all lose. (in my opinion)

TRUMP!  Better for real estate and just think of all those people who will move to Canada (yet not Mexico or Europe) when he gets elected.
