I use them - I tried copying a post that I had written before on a condo community to use the same format to write about another condo community and NOTHING formatted correctly - text was blue that should have been black, big text where it should have been small and of course the reverse too - so I am going to use the templates now again

I remember the AR templates which really weren't templates but 'guidelines' I think. Examples of where to put pics, text etc.

For listings I use a template from my website with HTML code. Not sure if that is what you mean.

I don't want to reinvent the wheel ....

There used to be a company called V-flyer that was pretty nice but I think they are too pricey now.
