Lots of better choices than TP that's for sure.
Buffini even has a CRM.

It all depends on what your goals are. If your goals are for online organic search, then a real estate template site is not going to do the job. If you are sending paid traffic to the site, then you need landing pages and optin forms to get more leads. If you are just using it to give to your sphere and your past clients to use, then you can use anything you like. We use Market Leader for our CRM. They provide a Market Leader template website but I don't ever depend on the front end of that converting. If you are planning on doing anything in online marketing for your business, you absolutely need to have your own website that you control on your own domain with a host you choose. This way you are in control.

Todd McLaughlin - just for CRM, nothing can beat Buffini & Company's ReferralMaker.
To get the maximum out of it, go for PRO!
Good Luck.

Had the Rolls Royce of them all, Real Geeks. It was pricey, but well worth it.
I no longer have the need for it, as I'm not working the retail side as a Realtor. I'm still in real estate, but to a limited degree.

There are so many to choose from. A gazillion template providers, a bazillion 'ad-on' sites like Wordpress, and those local creators of custom websites.
The real question that must be asked is, "What do you want your web site to do?" Is it for validation? Defining your services? Presenting your collateral? Lead generation? Marketing your listings? Community engagement?
The second question is, "What is your monthly budget for feeding the website?"
The third is, "What are your skill sets?" Perhaps 'Wix' has a very contemporary look and allows you to build your own.
Another question is, 'What do you have the most of, time or money?" This suggests whether you create SEO or buy SEO.
Before you plunk down 5 to 15 thousand on a custom website, cobble a Wordpress.com site together. From that exercise you will become more aware of what you REALLY NEED to grow your business, and not chase the shiny things so many are selling.
You make discover all you need is landing pages and FB ads. (a clue)

I prefer to keep using top producer... I like to keep the management of my SI and client data base separate from any relationship with an outside website provider... you never know when you might want or need to change providers.

We (Lennar-National Florida Based Builder) were using CRM Seibel but are now using a newer version of CRM-Salesforce. It's amazing & with superior features!

I would look at Pipeline ROI which also has it's own built in and indexed IDX as well as a CRM and other tools.
