I don't have '1' thing - it's not that easy for me Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor.  Though in '1' sentence, I would say, that I'm a loyal, caring, listening person, with a smile for everyone.

Let's start with a little humor.

SPITE! I can still hear the words of those in my life who dismissed me to a life of non-existance. That fire still burns.

In my business, it is the ability to understand the source of duress from which many are effected and presenting the solution that resonates with them. It is the skill of listening well and presenting the good question. Does not easily fit on a 'one thing' bullet list.

And to tag onto @barbara the 34 attributes of those who exercise regularly are the same one would choose in those they want to represent them.
