The moon did keep us up last night. It's brilliant light had our bedroom lit up like all the lights were on. It was beautiful as it rose above the Sandia Mountain and Albuquerque.

Oh how I wish the FULL MOON was the cause.

Home inspectors. Underwriters. Well, every one but you and me 
seem to be under the influence of something.
In spite of it all, we still get the job done.
It is this aspect of the business, keeping all 100 wheels on each of the 3 wagons, moving in the same direction, at approximately the right speed, to arrive at their destination on time, to create a successful closing. This is the mark of the professional that is seldom recognized.
For the convenience of it, I will attribute the failure to perform of the lender in Ca to the Full Moon. Monday brings new hope.
