No, I would still find it intrusive and spammy. Have faith in your marketing abilities and confidence that you'll be found if and when needed!

Still wouldn't send it to an individual via FB. I hate all the FB messenger stuff.

Yes, this doesn't seem much different than emailing them a copy of the listing.

Not sure that changes anything. It still could be viewed as unwanted. I think other marketing wold work more effectively. And if there is a particular agent you want to know about the listing, perhaps a phone call?

I am with Susan Emo on this ... it would still feel like spam-o-rama to me.

I would spend your time more wisely - instead of taking the time to message a bunch of agents on FB, send an email to your database, post your listing online on a ton of sites and focus on all of your other marketing. Don't depend on other agents to market your property for you!
When you're property hits MLS, ALL participating agents and their buyers will see it if it fits any of their buyers' specifications. Focus on what you do best and don't rely on anyone else to sustain you with their marketing! You've got this!

Still a no go for me, if they have my phone number and email address available which they do, sending a FB message makes no sense, at least to me.

I would prefer a PM than spam email. That is unless they started doing it hourly

Absolutely. however, it still is rather spammy if you do on a regular basis. I hear realtor complain abt this all the time. I suppose if it is a special listing and may be okay to do one to two times per yr.
