No, not sure that would be viewed as cool. I would be mad as hell if someone posted their listing on my page.  I have LO's that graciously take my listings & post them all over the planet which is ok.

I guess too it matters if they are in my area because after all they are a competitor.

Not through FB... I email out a separate flyer to agents. I do post my new listings in FB and in various local real estate groups, as well.

Just one more example of SPAM.  I do not appreciate the emails notifying me of what I am capable of seeing in MLS and I would immediately delete anything similar on my FB page.  Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I would never post one of my listings on another agent's FB page- that seems like hijacking. I do post my short url on my FB page and boost the listing, though. There are some FB groups for agents to share listings with other agents and I do utilize that.

No!  People do that on my FB page and that is NOT cool!  My buyers have access to MLS searches, as do I so, I don't dare step on other agents' toes!

I do not randomly send out emails as that is spam which most agents hate. If i knew a buyer agent who showed a listing of mine, then it sold, i may end over my new listing in that same area. I do post my short URL on my Facebook, twitter and other places though, but I do not spam

I promote to select agents I know and who promote to me when they need help too. But unless its a pocket listing, if its on the MLS and you have a client you'll likely know already.

I would think that would be one of the fastest ways to lose friends.  It is spammy and totally out of line.  If I was an agent, why would I want someone else's listing on my page.

Delete.  Unfriend.  And, in real life, I would be annoyed w/ that person.

I would not. We all have an access to the same listing data, so if they have a client for my listing they will know about it. The different thing, when you give THEM a permission to promote your listing on FB( or any other social or personal site) as buyer agents.  I always say Yes to that.

I'm always receiving emails for new listings.  I can look on MLS when I need this info. Would only post to social media sites made for sharing.  We have a couple in our area that are for agents only.

No I would not do that. I do send personal emails to those agents who have listed/sold in neighborhoos to let them know about the new listing. I do post the listing choose to share, that's fine

Absolutely NOT! If I valued the relationship and my reputation I don't think I could come up with a worse idea if I tried.

No and I wouldn't want to receive one from another agent either.   Our company sends an email annoucement to agents in our market area.  I'm sure most of them either delete or block these emails as I have never heard anyone mention them.
